This singer to her short age she already has a long trajectory like artist the same one that began being very girl in the school events. In 1988 she achievement the first award in the National Music's first Festival summoned by the Casa de la Cultura Benjamín Carrión. In 1991 she triumphs again in the competition of soloists carried out by the Dirección de Educación y Cultura and Radio Municipal del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito.

On December of that same year participating in the competition "Cante Usted si Puede" from the traditional radio station "Radio Tarqui" she locates in the first place in the category national interpreter. In the following year in this same radio station she obtains to be taken the first place again in the category international interpreter. Her professional career began when she was 14 years old being part of the Quito City`s first feminine grouping like was Magia Latina, this was good her to be given to know and to be taken into account to be part of fame orchestras among the most important may mention to the SONORA ONDA LATINA, DON MEDARDO Y SUS PLAYERS, among the well-known ones with which she had the opportunity to carry out national and international tours and whose she obtained deserved recognitions. In 2002 she decides to separate the musical groupings to consolidate and to be given to know like an artist soloist, With the back of the LA HERENCIA MUCICAL RECORDS company, DARIN-K cheerful, dynamics and with great charisma with her first work, consolidates her style to the national public, artist from Quito, in gender of TECNOCUMBIA she throws to the public her first production called “INCOMPARABLE” where highlight songs like: ILLUSION, APRENDI, QUE DIOS BENDIGA NUESTRO AMOR, among those more requested in radio and television which were successes at national level and they had a quite positive acceptance in the little time that it launches to the public.

After the success reached in 2003 and with the first production, the grateful and very acclaimed artist throws to the public her second material titled “EL TALENTO LO PONGO YO” production that she carries it out with the support of her new “D'KARLO PRODUCCIONES” records.

It is worth to emphasize that in this production DARIN-K mahek a debut as composer with her own songs so that the public identifies she with songs of her own responsibility.

And, she has decided to include three songs in her second CD. Also, she has wanted to give it a different shade including songs in another style like they are: a Romantic Ballad and a Latin Pop music that they are specially directed to the youth without leaving aside what´s the TECNOCUMBIA. For that reason, songs like NEGRITO, HAY AMOR, which is an unpublished song of DARIN-K, and the song JAMAS TE OLVIDARE they are songs that are very requested in the different radio stations and television in local programs at national level.

DARIN-K with her new production yearns that her music's acceptance is much better than the first one, and day by day people enjoy her songs and to arrive to the mind and the heart of all the Ecuadorians to be recognized by her talent, work and perseverance, and to this way, to cross boundaries at international level.
